Payment Terms & Conditions:

• Payment should be made before or on the first class. Enrolment in a class is a term commitment.
• If your child missed class because of an illness, we offer 2 make-up classes that should be completed within the term.
• We DO NOT transfer missed classes to the next term or to camps. However, if training has been cancelled by the club due to the government using the sports halls, we can reschedule it for you.
• Camps and Gymnastics classes are two different packages. We DO NOT transfer missed camp days to the next camp or term classes.
• The EARLYBIRD discount code is only redeemable for full payments made before the expiry date. The SIBLING discount code is always active.
• We offer a “Pay Half Now, Pay Half Later” instalment plan but please note, Early Bird discount is not applicable to instalment payments.
• No refunds under any circumstances.

Gymnastic Attire:

• Girls must wear a gymnastics leotard. If you do not own one, we have leotards for you to purchase. Ballet skirts or frills are not allowed.
• Boys must wear leotard or t-shirts and stretchy shorts.
• No Jewellery, watches or earrings.
• Training is done BAREFOOT. No shoes for children and parents in the sports hall training area (floors are cleaned before every class).
• Hair must be tied up and kept away from the face. Hair ties should be soft to avoid hurting the child.
• Leggings and long sleeves are allowed for modesty.

General Rules:

• Children may not touch the equipment (unless instructed by the coach) or run around the equipment. Please keep your children in your care until their class starts.
• Strictly no nuts or chewing gum in the sports hall. We have children with fatal food allergies.
• Children should bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
• Parents must come inside the sports hall and collect their child on time. Children will not be sent out on their own. There are CCTV cameras operating in the facilities.
• Gymnasts must respect their coaches and each other. Those who are displaying inappropriate behaviour such as bullying, racism or swearing will be banned from the club. Moreover, the club reserves the right to expel any gymnast regardless of age and level for poor discipline resulting in chronic disruption of training sessions.
• We are not responsible for lost items.
• We do not close for public holidays. For any changes to the schedule, we will inform you.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY – By enrolling your child/children into our program, you are agreeing to:

1. I hereby agree to waive any claim against Gulf Gymnastics (Sparkling Star Sports Services) or its coaches/staff/volunteers with respect to any accident or injury suffered by the child, including incidental or consequential damages whether through negligence or action of a third party. I also have no objection, in case of injury, of the company arranging First Aid or seeking medical help (movement to a hospital).
2. I fully understand the risks associated with my child participating in gymnastics/trampolining activities, including but not limited to accident, personal injury, injuries unknown and unanticipated, paralysis and death.
3. I hereby declare that I now have and will continue to provide personal health and accident insurance for my child, covering injury treatment in the event an accident happens during an activity/event organized by Gulf Gymnastics Team (Sparkling Star Sports Services).
4. I hereby also agree not to institute any form of legal proceedings in any jurisdiction against Gulf Gymnastics (Sparkling Star Sports Services).
5. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the child and Gulf Gymnastics (Sparkling Star Sports Services) cannot be held responsible directly or indirectly for losses or damage of these possessions, whilst the child is undertaking a gymnastic program/competition.
6. I understand that photography and video-photography is not allowed in the training hall during normal training sessions, except by members of the staff. We reserve the right to take & use photographs and video recordings of your child & adult participants for publicity and promotional use. If you DO NOT want your child in the videos/photographs, you must inform us beforehand.
7. I understand that if my child enters a competition, it is likely there will be photography and/or video photography taking place. And that Gulf Gymnastics (Sparkling Star Sports Services) has the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish this material for any purpose (including editorial and advertising).
8. I understand that no refunds are offered by the organization.
